Monster Mini Golf has partnered with Semnox Solutions for revenue management technology.
FREMONT, CA: Monster Mini Golf, a provider of indoor miniature golf and entertainment experiences, has chosen Semnox Solutions as its partner for its revenue management technology.
In 2004, the company was established by Christina and Patrick Vitagliano in 2004. Today, MMG can boast of its almost 30 centers over the USA and Canada. As its business is continuously increasing in the North American region, both the management and franchisees have decided to merge the operations under the Semnox Parafait System. The company has also replaced all of its present debit card systems.
Christina, in a press release, mentioned that, like various other family entertainment centers, Monster Mini Golf had to deal with many difficulties owing to many unsatisfactorypoint of sale solutions in the last few years. The solutions were not reliable and up to date with the technology. They also had to deal with severe, never-ending increasing software expenses. The primary issue with these other companies was the deficiency of ethics and concern for rapid and genuine customer service.
She further said that, after knowing about Semnox from another industry partner, they realized that this company maintains ethics. It also prioritized offering prompt and sincere customer service. Moreover, the Semnox system had outstanding quality in both technology and consistency. MMG’s franchisees are also more than satisfied withthe Semnox system.
The senior sales partner of Semnox Americas, Brian Duke, has also expressed his company’s pleasure. They are incredibly enthusiastic and proud to add Monster Mini Golf to their extended family of satisfied clients. Although the team got involved in the later stage of the negotiations after they were almost ready to sign with another organization, they were permitted to demonstrate all the Parafait hardware and software abilities. To achieve everything ‘under one roof’ mainly helped them win the contract. Moreover, their progressive point of sale, RFID tap-to-play Lumin readers, and self-serve kiosks can be ideal for their arcades. At the same time, the cloud-based studio package can operate every feature of e-commerce, from party booking to online sales. Since the Covid-19 pandemic is closing locations in several states, it has reduced the pace of their plan but has already accomplished some current installations and has more scheduled for the future.
