Troy, New York – deFacto Global is proud to announce it earned the “Highest Overall Satisfaction” Award, outperforming all other Corporate Performance Management vendors in BPM Partners’ “Pulse of Performance Management 2020” Awards. deFacto Global was also the highest ranked vendor serving the mid to enterprise market for “Financial Self-Sufficiency”, “Financial Consolidation Functionality”, “Budgeting and Planning Functionality” and “Ease of Use”.

“deFacto Global has been faithfully serving our market for over a decade, so winning every award in the BPM Pulse of Performance Management assessment is an absolute honor and a testament to our commitment and abilities to support our customers,” said Bob Bedard, CEO of deFacto Global, Inc.

Why BPM Partner’s Pulse Awards Are Significant:

The results from the Pulse market analysis were announced in the annual webcast hosted by Industry Week, which can be viewed here. During the webcast Craig Schiff, CEO of BPM Partners, the leading independent authority on Business Performance Management, presented the results of a comprehensive market assessment that included the sixteen leading performance management vendors that offer budgeting, planning, reporting and consolidation systems.

“The BPM Pulse Awards are based solely on direct customer feedback, not what vendors say about themselves,” said Craig Schiff, CEO of BPM Partners. “Achieving the top rating is a noteworthy accomplishment, indeed.”

During the webinar, BPM Partners covered a list of performance management vendors for 2020, and included vendor’s customer satisfaction ratings across 5 key categories: ‘Overall Satisfaction’, ‘Financial Self-Sufficiency’, ‘Financial Consolidation Functionality’, ‘Budgeting and Planning Functionality’ and ‘Ease of Use’. The BPM Pulse Awards respondents who rated vendors and products self-identified themselves as users of the vendors’ products being rated. They were asked to score their vendor and product satisfaction on a 5-point scale with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. deFacto Global received a 4.93/5 for Overall Satisfaction, the highest of any vendor.
